All Sales Are Final. We Have A Strict NO Refund Policy on All hijabs for hygiene reasons
- We are not responsible for any packages that are misplaced, lost or damaged by shipping carriers. Once orders are shipped they are no longer in our hands. If an issue occurs, contact the shipping carrier to receive your package.*
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Wrong Shipping Address
If your item got sent back to us due to you entering an incorrect address we are not responsible for this mistake and therefore shipping it back will require you to cover shipping costs if you want the hijab sent back. Refunds aren’t given in this case as the mistake wasn’t on our behalf.
Email us and we will send you shipping costs for you to cover so that you receive your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
